CareerMatch

CareerMatch helped connect MITRE employees looking for projects to project leaders in search of staff with their skills. I updated the existing application with new landing pages and result cards for available employees and projects. My design highlighted the system's recommended matches and surfaced valuable features that were hidden in the previous navigation, making it easier for both sides to find each other.
