One of my longest running projects at MITRE was our People Profiles. This heavily used application consolidates everything you might want to know about an employee: contact and administrative information, their work, skills, a resume (Tech Stature), links to their documents, and much more.  I led the design of the initial release of this current version and its related search, and collaborated with cross functional teams and stakeholders on subsequent updates large and small such as adding usual schedules and workspace reservations to support hybrid work, redesigning the profile editor and work experience content when we switched to capturing more data in Workday to support other corporate initiatives, adding availability detail to compensate for limitations in an enterprise staffing system, and incorporating mutual connections, rebalancing the layout as content was updated or retired.
