Find My Colleagues on MITRE's internal homepage and in the MITRE@Work mobile app helped hybrid employees plan when to come into the office and find one another to collaborate once there. I designed this feature from its initial concept through multiple iterations, adding  functionality such as editing your list of favorites alongside Microsoft Graph-suggested colleagues, detecting colleagues on corporate wi-fi to show who's on-site even without a reservation, and incorporating cancel and check-in options for your own reservations.
