MITRE ChatGPT

While some of my AI design work didn't have the opportunity to progress past early concept stages, I supported the MITRE ChatGPT team as they incorporated People Profiles information. I collaborated with them to prioritize what people data to include, refine the RAG content, and improve the quality of its responses. I also designed a streamlined version of 'MChat' for our intranet homepage, keeping this functionality handy and visible to encourage use.
